Tucked away just behind Central Park West is Strawberry Fields -- a living memorial to John Lennon. It was named after his favorite song, "Strawberry Fields Forever" and it is internationally recognized as a garden of peace. The #Imagine mosaic was made by an Italian craftsman and given as a gift by the city of Naples. Yoko Ono Lennon worked with the Central Park Conservancy to make this a meditative spot. Right now everything around the mosaic is blooming...It's one of our favorite sacred spots in all of Central Park. Have you ever been?
