It's tulip season outside, but in the Herbarium it's springtime year round! This tulip was permanently preserved in Uzbekistan in 1934. See other beautiful and interesting herbarium specimens in our exhibition, "What in the World is a Herbarium?" in the Ross Gallery, now through October 29.
