The world's smallest sushi really exists! Tiny sushi platter from 寿司屋の野八.
After watching the introduction on a Japanese variety show, I was excited to visit this sushi restaurant located in asakusa area.
These are real sushi ? , note: it's free of charge but only available only upon request if you ordered a (normal size) sushi course for dine in. My course included sashimi, special dish, grilled item and 8pcs nigiri sushi.
Each tiny sushi is made with a single grain of rice ??Amazing. And I was so surprised I could taste the tiny sashimi and sushi toppings.
