Never thought the day would come,where marcus asking me to play in his band for one night,
Was I nervous?
I was so ecstatic,delighted,blessed,and most of all ready.just got off a plane and straight to Marcus's dressing room,no rehearsal!!!
Nervous?....hmmm,you can only be you,so when you put trust in yourself and stick to what you know and do it from the heart,most of the time it goes good or better than expected.....
On stage,I Just kept listening .....being next to my mentor you can't help it but get inspired as each note is being played. So much to learn in such a short time.....
It was an amazing feeling ,thank U ,sir Marcus!
there's no style marcus can't play....and most of all he's a bop (Bebop)master,!

Ever heard of him playing (walking &soloing)the F blues or Donna Lee or any other jazz standard songs?
