Lunch hopping in Hakusan, Ishikawa! This place "Saiyotei" was also recommended in a comment yesterday where served traditional sukiyaki with 135 years history? I dipped a melty marbled beef in raw egg and classically put it on the rice. It was reasona-deble even at such a well established place.
