I ate at four places in Fukuoka last night! The second place was a casual chicken hot pot restaurant "Negiya" favored by local people to have the specialty trio of chicken hot pot, blue mackerel, and fresh squid sashimi! The squid carried from Yobuko was still alive, no doubt they were super fresh.
