Lazy Tuesday cooking~bought a packet of @ぐでたま Shoyu ramen noodles from @Sanrio Puroland.

So today is #ramenday ?! Toppings are sautéed shabu meat, mizuna, coriander and a soft boiled #Gudetama egg!
Watch till the end for that cute squishy egg.
Silly me forgot to include the instructions in the video so here is the recipe below for the super yummy buta shougayaki.

You will need:
70g thinly sliced shabu meat
0.5 tsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove thinly sliced
1.5 tsp sake
1 tsp shoyu
1/4 grated ginger
0.5 raw cane sugar
Method
Heat oil in pan, brown garlic
Add in meat and sautéed quickly
Add sake followed by shoyu, grated ginger and sugar
Sautéed well and remove once all meat is cooked.
Note: Don't not overcook the meat!
