2012年の開業以来、異色のエシカルファッションブランドとしてファンを集めて来つつも実店舗を持たずに営業していたINHEELS（インヒールズ）及び、主にオーガニックコットンを使ったポップでカラフルなアパレルとランジェリーを展開するLiv:ra（リブラ）が初の実店舗を構え、その他作り手や背景を思わせるアパレルや小物、古着を揃えたコンセプトストアとなります。また、本格派スペシャルティコーヒー専門店anthrop. Espresso & Biblio（アンソロップ　エスプレッソ&ビブリオ）のカフェスペース及びギャラリーも併設。
「リアルな自分を見つめ直し、新しい時代の流れにチャンネルを合わせることでゼロから１を生み出す場所」として、各種イベントも頻繁に行っていく予定。小田急・京王両線の地下化でここ数年のうちに劇的に変化する下北沢の街の新たな発信基地となります。
