海洋コンセプトシリーズ「GULFMASTER」からNewモデルが登場します。コーストガードが活動する海洋での使用を想定し、G-SHOCK史上初となる4つのセンサーを搭載したGWN-Q1000は、天気の急激な変化を予測するための気圧センサー、気温・水温の変化を読み取るための温度センサー、風向きや潮の向きを確認するための方位センサー、水中での深度を把握するための水深センサーを搭載。さらに、東レ株式会社との共同開発による剛性に優れたカーボンファイバー強化樹脂ケースを新たに採用し、衝撃などによる変形を抑えます。防水性や快適な装着性にもこだわり、必然の機能進化を果たした、最新のGULFMASTERの登場です。

GWN-Q1000, the latest addition to the ocean concept series GULFMASTER, is the first G-SHOCK equipped with quad sensors to track ocean conditions, aiming to assist coast guard officers and others in security and rescue activities at sea. The atmospheric pressure sensor, temperature sensor, compass bearing sensor and water depth sensor, enable the user to assess changing ocean conditions in real time.
