プロジェクトを作っていく側に回って、キャスティングの過程とかを1から見ているんですが。ここハリウッドではたった1日にで１つの役に何千人と募集がきて、トータルだと何万となることも全然余裕なのです。そして、振り落とされ、何万の中から50人くらいしかオーディションを受けることができない。そーいう過程を実際にやっていると、コンスタントにお仕事いただいてることにめちゃめちゃ感謝でしかない。今日もいい仲間とお仕事できたし、全力で頑張りました。
The more I'm involved in casting the stunning number of actors submitting for roles is estaunishing to me... I see almost 1000 submissions for each role. From that maybe 50 get called into auditions and only one, will get the part. I've been so lucky/fortunate to be able to win constant work here in Hollywood... Now I appreciate each job I get much much more.
