梅の実が黄ばんで熟す意味なんだそうです。
ここまできたらもう少しこのネタをがんばろうと思います。
雪平とは求肥に卵白や餡を混ぜて作った和菓子で
#茶道 で使われる「上生菓子」の一種です。
