Following the 2012 imprisonment of three of their members for an action in a Moscow church, the anonymous feminist punk performance-art collective #PussyRiot toured the Russian countryside in search of “oil objects.” On-site at drilling facilities, pipelines, and gas stations, they staged guerrilla-style concerts for surprised workers, commuters, and, eventually, worldwide audiences that can watch the music video online. #agitpropbkm
