Our new Blueberry tart is out - two types of filling: lemon thyme curd and cassis blueberry curd, topped with fresh blueberry Italian meringue. The warm spring weather brings beautiful, juicy blueberries that are perfect in this tart - bright and sweet, and just faintly tart, a lovely contrast with the lemon thyme filling.
ポップなデザインの新作タルトは、ブルーベリーの甘ずっぱさとレモンとタイムの清涼感のある香りがこの季節にぴったりのペイストリーです。
タルトの中には、ハーブの爽快な風味が特徴のレモン＆タイムカードと甘酸っぱいカシス＆ブルーベリーカードの２種類のフィリングが入っています。
