期間限定ペイストリー「ジャスミンホワイトフラワー」は、春の息吹を感じるこの季節にぴったりの美しい花が咲いたスイーツです。ジャスミンシロップが染み込んだアーモンドビスキュイ、ライチムース、 マンゴージュレなどのフレーバーが複雑 に重なり、味わいに変化をもたら す上品なスイーツ。ホワイトチョコの花びらにキラリと光る 朝露が水々しさを表現しています。

It's beginning to look a lot like #springtime, with the first Ume (Japanese plum) blossoms just beginning to bloom and our new spring items filling our pastry case. This beautiful jasmine flower is by Ryo-san, with jasmine, mango, and lychee mousse and an almond biscuit. It even comes with little droplets of morning dew on the white chocolate petals. #dabjapan #dabtokyo
