Last night dinner party making Temaki-Sushi (hand-rolled sushi) with non Muslim Japanese friends at friend’s house! Alhamdulillah! Look at this amazing Halal dishes!
The best part as you can see is no alcohol drinks on the table! You may know drinking is big part of Japanese culture but the way they show their hospitality for me and for others is simply amazing. It took time until Allah leads me to the current stage though as you slowly and nicely tell your non Muslim friends why you eat Halal they eventually will understand inshallah.
Now my friends tell me “Risa! This does not include alcohol! “ by showing the food with smile :) (especially the dinner was all about fish?) and we all know we can have quality of time without alcohol but with us?Alhamdulillah!
