いつも元気だねって言われる私だって
悲しい時もあるよ。
泣く時だってあるよ。
でも、転んでも立ち上がることで
自分を強くしてる。
そこでまた、新しい自分に出逢う。
痛みは強さになって
悲しみは優しさになる。
私には
守るものも、笑顔をくれる人もいる。
それを忘れなければ、
気付けば笑顔の自分に逢える。

People often tell me I am always so happy but that doesn't mean I haven't experienced my share of hardships.
There are times I am sad.
There are times I cry.
But I become that much stronger with every hardship I overcome.
Which leads to realization of a "new" me.
The pain I endure becomes my strength.
And sadness into kindness.
I have... Someone/something to protect and friends that make me smile.
As long as I remember this, I always have a smile on my face.
