Competing in the #CrossfitOpen is so much more than qualifying for regionals. For the majority of the participants it is about pushing their limits, achieving PR's, challenging themselves in ways they normally would not. We had members who did toes to bar in a workout for the first time last night, and lots of people set new records on their squat cleans. All ages came out to throw down, from 15 to 60+. We love all of our members and are SO excited for the next 3 weeks!! #AmericasGym @crossfitgames
