Obata Fumio's manga "Shimauma" will be getting an R15+ rated live action movie set to be released on May 21.

"Shimauma" tells the story of the darkness of society. It involves intense violence. The main character, Tatsuo, and his friends cheat the wrong man out of his money and wind up the victims of a maniac known as "Akasada".

Tatsuo will be played by Ryusei Ryo. Other cast includes Suga Kenta, Hinami Kyoko, and Kato Masaya.

Hashimoto Hajime will be directing with Takahashi Izumi in charge of the screenplay.
