One of the prettiest mornings I ever spent was above the shores of Oxbow Bend in Grand Teton National Park. While numerous photographers lined up along the shores below, I hiked up an adjacent hillside to get a birds eye view upon the popular scenic vista. As the sun rose, the clouds and mountains reflected the beautiful morning light, known as alpenglow.
