今週は本当バタバタ…でも今日一時間だけ高橋さんのstudiovif に行きました！激しいトレーニングじゃないのに毎回筋肉痛〜強くなりたい！そして行くたびにいろいろ勉強になる！トレーニングしてると胸が小さくなるのが嫌なんだっ！て話しをしたら小さくならないやり方があるみたいでやってみました！地味だけどきくね〜（≧∇≦）ありがとうございます！

Super busy week. But I can't skip gym. I went to Takahashi sensei studio wif to work out for an hour. It's not like I'm doing something so hard but I get super sore. That means I have to improve more to get where I want to I guess. I had so much fun working out with him!
