Our friends at Western Rivers Conservancy are in the homestretch of conserving 47,000 acres of riverlands to Save Blue Creek, the cold-water lifeline of the Klamath River. The project will create a salmon sanctuary and return vast ancestral lands to the Yurok Tribe. WRC is down to the final 10,000 acres.
