I know Instagram is for beautiful and fun photos and I try my best to put up photos that bring happiness but this week has been a hard week for me. My grandmother on my Japanese side passed away suddenly but without suffering on Tuesday. She had the sharpest mind but a weak body. I was not in Japan at the time so I had to deal with it on my own, away from my family. I have been pushing myself to act normal for work and friends but the death of a loved one is never easy. I only want to celebrate her life and find comfort in the fact that she is free now from all of the physical forms that bind us to this earth. Her soul lives on and is all around me now. She is back to where she came and I know she is at peace. I am so thankful for the beautiful times we had together. I love you Mama. May you Rest in Peace today. ??❤️ Photo by @ravivora
