The scholarship’s vision is to inspire and encourage young chefs from across #Canada by giving them the opportunity to cook in front of a panel of the country’s most revered chefs and food critics. This year’s recipient, Ian MacDougall, walks away with $10,000 and the opportunity to stage at the international kitchen of his choice! // Nous sommes fiers de collaborer avec notre partenaire culinaire David Hawksworth et la Fondation Hawksworth Bourse du Jeune Chef.
