i was support to Japan youth team in World Youth Champinon Ship at Italy Arco⚑˒˒
it's my first experience but maybe this work is too hard for me.
because of always i should understand this opinion most important thing is result from coach side, but the other side so much felt athletes mind.
i never can't say you have to more effort when i'm watch them nice performance.
such a situation makes me complicate emotion. um...☹

でもこの仕事はまだあたしには難しいみたい。
一方では結果が重要と言われ続けて理解してはいるけれど、それ以上に選手の1つ1つのパフォーマンスに共感したり 心情が感じ取れたりするほうが近くって。
あたしは毎日悔しかった!
葛藤のコーチ業を終えて、1週間登らずにジェラートとワインとピザに明け暮れた結果 おかげさまで ぽよよーんや⍢⃝
